[Heehs is not just guilty of falsifying facts but also of being selective and exaggerating the value of some of them to support the conclusions that he wants everyone to draw. Indian democracy permits Heehs the liberty to write the way he likes. It also leaves the readers free to draw their own diverse conclusions. [TNM]
