We get to read many demands for development or legislation from time to time. But no one ever offers any clue as to how they can take shape. As a result, they remain only exercises in vocabulary and provide momentary self-stimulation.
The work is basically political in nature, and one should ideally join a political party so as to wrestle with the art of the possible. Making such lazy demands, otherwise, is futile that verges on self-delusion. [TNM]
