Heehs has dug his heels in ill-advisedly

Express News Service 11 Nov 2010
PATNA: Bihar politics has long been dominated by caste equations. But this time the state is witnessing significant changes going by the indications at the hustings. And Nitish Kumar is set to reap the benefits of the changing paradigm of the value of a vote.
He today stands tall over Bihar; a personality on whom the very fate of elections rest. It seems the people agree that the state is a better place today. Even his political opponents may not dispute this fact. It is this feel that has given Nitish the image of Bihar’s new messiah, and he seems all set to storm back into power.]

Nitish Kumar is likely to win convincingly and with Sushma Swaraj’s eminence in the BJP, JP’s unfinished agenda can come true some day. Modi, unfortunately, can’t bury his past, and consequently, will fade out.

Heehs, likewise, has dug his heels in quite ill-advisedly and has remote chance of reviving his career. [TNM]
