Prevent doctrinal pollution

What happened in 1926 on this day was practically a reaffirmation of what The Mother wrote twelve years earlier on March 30, 1914 upon meeting Sri Aurobindo a day before. One may further go back in time to May 30, 1909 when Sri Aurobindo had chosen to reveal his divinity in course of a public speech at Uttarpara. As more and more people turn towards The Mother & Sri Aurobindo for light, the significance of this mythology will come under searchlight, especially against the enigmatic backdrop of Colonialism, World War, and scientific advance.

In view of the economic and political churning engulfing the world today, the future of humanity turns out to be a grim question mark. The message of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo is a formidable fount of hope on this score which presents a robust agenda for collective action as well. Through the Ashram and Auroville, the seeds were sown for transformation of the whole world which is in process in consonance with the evolutionary forces. The primary task, therefore, is to guard against adulteration and prevent doctrinal pollution. [TNM55]
