That Sri Aurobindo helped Churchill is part of recorded history and our perspective needs to be tweaked accordingly. Ignoring this aspect can't present the true picture.

The Life Divine remains unsurpassed even after a century. The Mother's explorations in transmutation of body cells is yet to be touched by scientific inquiry. Supramental is not even a topic. Then what celebration are we busy with? [Where leads the march, whither the pilgrimage?]
All pursuits other than The Mother & Sri Aurobindo are trivial and can be considered as a bother. Apart from the status quoist and anti-evolutionary components, what is in vogue are a result of uninformed decisions and herd behaviour. Rest are due to survival, inertia, and ennui.
Don't be intimidated by the quantum and sophistication of Western philosophy. Following famous quote from Sri Aurobindo also applies to intellectual matters.
[Do not look up to men because of their riches or allow yourself to be impressed by the show, the power or the influence.]
February is The Mother's month. Also the month of the Supramental. Not only it marks the end of winter and onset of the Spring but also it can act as a springboard for renewed inner illumination and wellspring of inspiration. Sri Aurobindo defines the Vedic Saraswati accordingly.

Not only lack of adequate education but also eking out some stock of self-esteem happens to be the chief motivation for clinging to Hindutva. Espousing some religio-political ideology is a choice for every citizen but being blind to what Sri Aurobindo offers is certainly not wise
Many Hindutva handles are so confident of their conviction that they point out others' mistakes without ever realising that their own rationale might be wrong too. Want of grounding in philosophy and sensitising in political correctness gives rise to such pitiable stubbornness.
Some have heard of SAVITRI but Collected Poems by Sri Aurobindo is unknown. Current generation has no taste for poetry, they say, but a poem like Rose of God can mesmerise anyone. It's like a fortress with a thousand doors and the more one recites it the more it turns mysterious.
A complex issue like AIT, like many such other issues, is difficult to be solved or perhaps will never be solved. Sri Aurobindo had indicated his disagreement with it but it is yet to be vindicated conclusively. So, it's in order to go with the status quo despite spirited dissent

People take current political divide for granted with some plus or minus thrown in. Savitri Era Party hopes downfall of present dominant parties so that a truly democratic party takes root right from the grassroots. An ideology anchored to Sri Aurobindo has the chance of enduring.

If demolition of the Babri Masjid was a victory, withdrawal of the farm laws can be considered as a defeat of almost equal magnitude. The wound was avenged to a considerable extent from the evolutionary point of view. The Gandhi bandwagon needs to be defeated as much as Hindutva.

Sri Aurobindo didn't write on current affairs after migrating to Puducherry in 1910 and his views till his death in 1950 are informal and scattered. So building any cogent thesis on their basis may not be a sound exercise. Even his The Renaissance in India is considered polemical.

Ten years on Twitter, yet it's difficult to decipher who the trads are and how the tards are different from them. Let's start with Raja Ram Mohan Roy and I think both factions are opposed to him except of course KG for obvious reasons. HM (Kolkata) might be willing to support too.
Honesty and courage to appreciate the good qualities of adversaries and acknowledge their positive contributions is a sign of civility, humility, and sagacity. Critical appraisal in the true academic spirit also aspires for the same. Selective amnesia doesn't behove a fair umpire.

Religion and culture are deeply entrenched in life and society, yet the Constitution of India sought to rise above them to create an environment of universal values. The Mother & Sri Aurobindo tried to integrate both to produce an evolutionary paradigm in consonance with the Veda.
Barabati, Sisupalagada, Kharabela, Dharama, Kalapahada, etc. remain mysteries of Odisha's history. World is full of such legends through which our life navigates. Added to that, fictions are being published everyday. Amidst all this, The Mother & Sri Aurobindo are the only truth.
Special capabilities or competence may grow in the course of life as a gift of yoga but to flaunt it as so is undesirable. Pining for supernatural powers similarly can't be termed as a sound yogic attitude. Surrender to The Mother is the only weapon; remember and offer sole tools
Once one feels attracted towards or comes under the influence of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo, he or she can be described as a sadhak. One may not appear to be doing anything relating to the so-called spiritual life but an inner guidance can be perceived which stops taking missteps

The Mother & Sri Aurobindo fought against Hitler who was an instrument of dark forces called Vritra in the Veda. Its opposite is Varuna who symbolises oceanic vastness of consciousness and light. Mitra is fraternity, beauty, harmony, and perfection. Aspiring for these is our duty

I was aware of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo at the age of eight. Others are not so fortunate. Still, an honest intellectual quest can lead one to their epochal writings. It also gives a sense of pride that we have one poet and philosopher in India who surpasses all Western thinkers
Political affinity and preference clouds intellectual perspective. Each person is a product of his own situation but graduating to a more enlightened worldview is accomplished by education. Education, unfortunately, is myopic and lame in our country. Sri Aurobindo is the solution
Each person grows up with some form of hero worship with multiple rolemodels. Savitri Era Party strives to win them over by weaning them away with the wisdom of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo. Getting rid of admiration for other great men and gurus is essential for right appreciation
Expressing apprehensions against the hegemony of hindutva in a democracy like India is perfectly valid but their mistaken impression of #SriAurobindo belonging to the same bandwagon needs to be disabused. The Mother & Sri Aurobindo represent universality to embrace whole humanity
The Mother & Sri Aurobindo belong to the whole world and people are free to approach them or appreciate them in a variety of ways. The Savitri Era Party prefers to popularise their political and religious aspects so that moth-eaten ideologies ruling the world today are dethroned.
In most appraisals of say Gandhi, Tagore, or Vivekananda, their life and action is thoroughly examined but in case of Sri Aurobindo his philosophy is explained from written texts only. This creates a skew especially for Westerners who are not much aware of the religious dimension
