Unlike other religions, current Hinduism has no respected admission policy but exit is wide open. Fear of losing numbers makes its members unnecessarily aggressive or antagonistic towards other faiths who openly proselyte. People should be free to choose gods like visiting Malls.

When The Mother & Sri Aurobindo sowed the seeds of an Ashram in Puducherry, obviously, it was a vote for the local or the marginal. What they achieved hasn't attracted deserved academic attention but the Judeo-Vedic Evolutionary adventure of consciousness of SAVITRI is universal.

That we are all socially and culturally constructed is so apparent that it's difficult to imagine an independent rational consensus. But Sri Aurobindo's lighnce postulates an altogether different domain for mind represented by the Vedic Indra. Rising to that plane is the journey.

Hinduism was examined from different angles during Indian Renaissance and the process continues to this day. Ambedkar converted to Buddhism without considering Sri Aurobindo's proposal for a spiritual paradigm for the whole humanity. It's a major setback for Evolutionary agenda.

Democracy can't be a legitimate concern of govt, ruling party, or even judiciary. People as a whole is also nebulous. Organisations like PUCL or PUDR couldn't grow to the desired height. Religion has clouded the thoughts of people to such an extent that this aspect is overlooked.
