A concise compilation of Sri Aurobindo's philosophy

Sri Aurobindo wrote one new chapter for Volume I, and twelve new chapters for Volume II of The Life Divine when it was first published in book from in 1939-40. These chapters taken together along with the eight essays (The Supramental Manifestation upon Earth, the last of Sri Aurobindo's prose writings) that first appeared in the quarterly Bulletin of Physical Education in 1949-50, make a concise compilation of his philosophy.
