The Mother & Sri Aurobindo have been able to debunk all forms of rituals and occult practices. Nature worship was prevalent from prehistoric times, and continues in different traditions, where symbols have given way to material means. Sri Aurobindo invalidates such superstitions.

Hundreds of videos are available, in different languages, now to be aware of the philosophy of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo. So, practically, there's no need of reading their books. But getting used to to plough through the difficult prose of Sri Aurobindo’s books is very rewarding.
The Mother & Sri Aurobindo mention the Divine umpteen times in their writings. As devotees, we have to learn to read The Mother & Sri Aurobindo wherever the Divine has been referred to. Savitri Era Religion causes some modification to their popularly known philosophical framework.
The Secret of the Veda is the most original contribution of Sri Aurobindo which debunks mythology and rituals. Such brilliant hermeneutics is unparalleled. Thus the Veda seamlessly lends itself to the scientific enterprise of Consciousness studies apart from Ethics and Aesthetics.
As more and more people are being attracted towards BJP, Savitri Era Party retains its ideological opposition to Hindutva on the strength of Sri Aurobindo's philosophy. Glorifying the past and imaginary greatness of India shouldn't fuel politics of hatred. Diversity is most basic.
Anyone can pose as an expert on spirituality by borrowing from the writings of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo but it's important to remember that there is no direct method of translating psychological explanations into intuitive experience. Avoiding false promises should be the norm.

Pasting a few lines from The Mother & Sri Aurobindo has become so fashionable that no other credentials are needed. Even anonymous handles attain stardom! One's ideology and ethical standards must be subject to public scrutiny. Without that, talking of spirituality is ridiculous.
The Mother's grace is always there, for our personal lives as well as the society. But as we know, the course of evolution is spiral and hence asking for miraculous results is not in order. Surrender, nevertheless, is the only recourse. The country will see many changes this year.

Supreme Court is applying corrective in many cases. Paid Media bias is being challenged. Many Govt actions are facing protest. So it's time to be extremely vigilant. History is being rewritten. Sri Aurobindo is being ignored as usual. Savitri Era Party stands firm in its resolve.

It's not the Left vs Hindutva dichotomy. The real intellectual challenge is to perceive the Sri Aurobindo vs Hindutva difference. In fact, it's Sri Aurobindo vs everyone else. Defying the political climate, I have been harping on this through Savitri Era Learning Forum since 2005.
Puducherry is that sacred place where The Mother & Sri Aurobindo met first on March 29, 1914. Their mortal remains too are lodged there. Matrimandir is situated in nearby Auroville. All these are of great significance for Savitri Era Religion. Let's hope, it shows light to world!
People of my generation are ignorant of Sri Aurobindo while I have spent the last sixty years in the company of his books. These are two entirely different worlds. It's unfortunate that neither the politicians nor the academics realise the importance of teaching his philosophy.
The Mother & Sri Aurobindo fought against Hitler and this modern mythology needs to be understood correctly. Many streams of political thought in India today draw sustenance from Hitler's legacy and it's an evolutionary duty to oppose them. Savitri Era Party is awake to this task.

There are many ways of approaching Sri Aurobindo and his writings are vast and diverse. Savitri Era Religion founded by me in 2006 is intended to narrow down the followership to the basics. It's voluntary and without any rituals or dogma. Loyalty and devotion can't be a mixture.
The Mother & Sri Aurobindo are important for the present age, not only for enunciating the philosophy of evolution, but also for being in charge of the evolution and leading it. Worshipping them as the one Supreme Divine is the right way of collaborating with evolutionary forces.
