Golwalkar came from the RKM stable and like all RKM initiates, antipathy towards Sri Aurobindo is ingrained. Itś convenient as you don´t have to read much or difficult stuff. RSS pays lip service but understands that SAś interpretation of the Veda is subversive of Hindu Rituals.
I have said that RSS pays lip service and highlights Sri Aurobindoś India-centric utterances for its discourse on nationalism. But his real agenda remains neglected, just like Marxists simply ignore as if Sri Aurobindo doesn´t matter. Great thinkers are difficult but are revered.
I think, you are in a combative mode. Iḿ stating some facts as per my own understanding. You can ignore them if they are not to your liking. My focus is on breaking the concerted resistance to Sri Aurobindo in which RSS features quite prominently. And now itś also in power.

Itś quite palpable that the ruling party is busy tweaking its ideological template as a result of which Hindutva is getting diluted. No particular economic formula is also being pushed. A liberal image can reap electoral advantage but without Sri Aurobindoś guidance things drift.
I´m not inclined to go into detailed examination of Hindutva but how people are ridiculing Modi against Kalyan Singh will give a rough idea. My focus area is Sri Aurobindo and how we can bring him to the centre of national discourse as well as curriculum.
You can restrict your activities but Savitri Era Party is all about politics. So, I don´t think I enjoy the luxury of reading fiction and relax.

RM syndrome is another headache and I don´t understand why I should be bothered how Americans treat or write about Indians. Reading the books of Sri Aurobindo can be a game changer, instead of devouring worthless bestsellers. That confidence has to be acquired across disciplines.
