Many people read but only fiction. Those relishing non-fiction rarely enjoy philosophy. It's a matter of training the mind. Literary criticism and cultural studies too contain a lot of philosophy. The Problem of Rebirth by Sri Aurobindo is a good probe.

Those who want to worship Gandhi Tilak, Tagore, Subhas, or Vivekananda are free to do so. But why take the name of Sri Aurobindo along with them. It should be clear that The Mother & Sri Aurobindo have worked relentlessly to bring down the Supramental force. Others have no clue.
Brick and mortar institutions develop a warped priority over a period of time. The real goal is pushed to the background and general administration or HR become more pressing. Local govt and politics also weigh on. A philosophy like Sri Aurobindo´s is better disseminated openly.
Psychic Being is an important formulation in Sri Aurobindo´s philosophy and yoga. Basically our inner person, it experiences, assimilates, and enjoys all our external actions, whether pleasant or unsavory, and keeps growing. This curious aspect turns the Karma theory on its head.
Food is primary and the next is food for thought. Both need to be designed carefully to avoid malnutrition and undesirable ingredients that may harm. Books by The Mother & Sri Aurobindo are excellent guides for the young for understanding themselves and how they are connected.

Modern day religious festivals like Durga Puja can hardly be called Hindu. On one side the rituals and on the other, Chicken tikka. On the third front, Kanta laga and the fourth is where alcohol flows. So these are the four pillars of modern day Secularism in India. No hypocrisy!

I requested for considering Sri Aurobindo as the greatest poet and philosopher of India and to be guided by his political ideology. But as a true dacoit, you have hijacked the discussion to inanities. Thanks.
Sri Aurobindo has reinterpreted the Veda where Rama doesn't exist. Need to go to the roots of Indian wisdom. No better commentator than Sri Aurobindo.
