Following Sri Aurobindo is not a matter of personal welfare

Right now we have no means to examine issues individually with sufficient rigour but a general sense of goodwill and compassion should be the guiding principle. Aspiration for sat-chit-ananda is the very foundation of our existence and there should be constant endeavour to bloom.

From the ideological point of view RSS, Congress, the Left, and the caste-based Socialist parties have become bankrupt. Feudalism and personal charisma are more in currency now. Savitri Era Party seeks to change the entire scenario. Educated people should wake up to the challenge

Whole political system of India is a colonial legacy which prevents grassroots participation. Political parties have built well-oiled machinery for contesting election. Savitri Era Party is at the ideology level. Accepting Sri Aurobindo as the steward of life and future is needed

Following Sri Aurobindo is not a matter of personal welfare. Rather what ensues is a lot of intellectual warfare. From there to reach at the stage of All life is yoga is a long journey. Instead of the Marxist solutions, how can there be a better society is Sri Aurobindo´s concern

Political mobilisation of many hues is going on constantly across the country but followers of Sri Aurobindo remain disunited. Most of them believe in Darshan and Meditation and see politics as dirty. Some, however, favour the ruling party and Sri Aurobindo is secondary for them.

Smugness involving personal achievement is a cipher for Sri Aurobindo´s followers. The objective is the Life Divine and the means is adventure of consciousness. It´s through a collective awakening that a tangible change can be expected. Savitri Era Party invites all to this task.

That´s one way of looking at it but the way Indian society has been transformed due to British rule needs to be commended. They gifted us Democracy, Modernity, and Critical Reason. We are yet to avail the full advantage of them. Individual freedom is more important than religion.

Past patterns needn't be determinants of future scenarios. Sri Aurobindo has assured that Supramental consciousness is in action and Evolutionary pressure is there for transformation of collective life. Today we are celebrating his 149th birth anniversary. Thanks. #SriAurobindo

I can understand the consternation of intellectuals who haven't read Sri Aurobindo but are being invited to webinars. Of course the audience is of the same standard and so no one is bothered. This juvenile approach to Sri Aurobindo's work should be replaced by hard nosed 

Sri Aurobindo created enormous intellectual resources for lifting the nation from abysmal state. But renaissance will not witness efflorescence unless educated Indians resolve to use those resources and evolve in their consciousness. Ignoring this opportunity is a colossal loss.

What's the compulsion to claim that? Vedic is an older and authentic term. Of course it needs to be distinguished from what Arya Samaj propagates.
