If you specifically don’t include the teachings of The Mother & Sri Aurobindo, then the generic phrase, “Eastern practices” becomes a bit misleading. As per their thinking it is never “a final attainment or resolution,” but rather participating in the perpetual evolution and consciously pushing its frontiers.
